343 Adding Stroboscopic Muon Information For Reduction of Systematic Uncertainties in DUNE

Description: This little note proposes adding time-sliced information from muon monitors to the stroboscopic neutrino oscillation analysis. Specific proposals include a low intensity run before the halls get too hot to reach muons in the relevant kinematic range, and a description of an array of 90-degree monitors to track changes in the target with integrated protons-on-target. The note also includes a proposal for an oscillation analysis strategy specifically designed to exploit stroboscopic information for both neutrinos and muons to isolate systematic uncertainties on the neutrino fluxes and event selection in Far and Near detectors.
